All outstanding Tasks appear to all authorized users in their To-Do List (part of the Dashboard).
Notification are intended in addition to Dashboard

Notify [user type] for [object] on [Event] [When], Cancel on [Event] , Repeat after [..] N times, using Template [Template]

Repeat count | Number of times the notification will repeat, 0 indicates it will not stop. |
First Rule:
Notify Administrator(s) of any ‘Error’ on the Process without delay.
Second Rule:
Notify Manager(s) of Start of ‘Approve Claim’ Task, but cancel that notification If the task is Completed.
5th Rule:
Notify the Claimant of start of ‘Submit Claim’ 10 days after start, if not already completed, using the template ‘UnfinishedClaim’, this is to remind Employees that they started a claim but never submitted it.
General Notification Rules (System Wide)
Delay all notifications by [15 ] minutes
[ ]If user acknowledge notifications in Dashboard (Mark as Read), don’t issue an email
[ ] Send an email when Notification is Cancelled
